Groups, clubs and associations

Blue Badge Tour Guides offer Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park guided tours for groups, clubs & associations.  We can help with days out for friends and family, special occasions and special interest groups.

London’s successful bid focused on the regeneration of East London.  It’s hard to imagine today just how different the area was some 20 years ago.

Come and see the legacy of the games.  EastBank – a new cultural and educational home to V&A East (opening 2025), London College of Fashion, new BBC studios (opening 2025), Sadler’s Wells and UCL East.  Parklands and recreational areas, HereEast (former International Broadcast and Press Centre) – a home for innovators, universities and the V&A East Storehouse (opening in 2025).  New neighbourhoods and schools.  World class sports venues.

During our Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park Guided Tours it maybe possible to visit the spectator galleries of one or two of the sports venues (subject to events taking place), such as The Lee Valley Velodrome and / or The London Aquatics Centre

Two free cultural destinations – V&A East Storehouse and Museum – opening in east London, 2025. Dedicated to creative opportunity and it’s power to bring change.

“I would like to pass on the thanks of everyone in our group for such an enjoyable tour of the Landscape and Gardens at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park yesterday.  It was very interesting to hear the ideas and concepts underlying their design and planting.  I think we were all surprised at how much development and building work is still in progress.  It was exciting and very appropriate to finish our tour at the Velodrome, especially in light of what happened in the cycling in Rio yesterday evening”
